Gripset C-1P
A one part, fibre reinforced flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane. It's a powder mixed with water on site, forming a tough coating that bridges cracks and handles both positive and negative water pressure, so it works whether water's pushing from behind a wall or in front of it. Used in wet areas, basements, retaining walls, water features, and potable water tanks, over concrete, render, masonry, brick, and fibre cement sheeting.
RLA Moisture Seal
A two part, water based epoxy vapour barrier, mixed 1:1. It handles serious hydrostatic pressure (up to 25 metres of water head) and is safe for potable water contact. Common uses include sealing concrete before laying flooring, stopping rising damp in basements, priming for tile adhesive or membranes, and as a base coat under seamless epoxy flooring.
RLA PU 850
A single component, moisture cured polyurethane waterproofing membrane, it hardens by reacting with humidity in the air rather than needing a second part mixed in. Flexible even in cold weather, breathable, bitumen free, and rated for light foot traffic. Used under screeds, on external surfaces, and below ground.
RLA Epilox Binder
A two part, solvent free epoxy resin binder (2 parts resin to 1 part hardener) designed to be mixed with sand or aggregate fillers to make mortars, grouts, or coatings. Roughly 3 to 4 times stronger than typical concrete once cured. Used for structural concrete repair, grouting bolts and base plates, sealing cracks, and as a primer under epoxy floor coatings.
FlexPro MS Grey
A one component, moisture cured sealant and adhesive based on silane modified polymer, meaning no solvents, isocyanates, silicones, or PVC, and very low VOC. Strong UV resistance for indoor or outdoor use. Used for expansion joints, sealing around windows and doors, wall and floor penetrations, and as a bondbreaker under RLA's acrylic membranes.
Gripset C-Plug
A fast setting cement based plugging compound that stops active, pressurised water leaks almost instantly, typically setting in 1 to 3 minutes with no shrinkage. Used in basements, underground car parks, lift shafts, water retaining structures, and concrete pipes, wherever water is actively coming through a hole or crack.
Penapatch HB50
A polymer modified, cement based structural repair mortar, just add water. Builds up to 80mm thick in a single application on vertical surfaces (more with formwork), with low shrinkage and good resistance to chloride and carbonation attack. Used to fix spalled or corroded concrete on vertical, horizontal, or overhead surfaces.
Penapatch HB80
The higher build version of HB50, same polymer modified cement technology but rated for thicker single pass repairs, from 5mm up to 80mm vertically and up to 180mm horizontally. Same low permeability protection against chloride and carbonation, aimed at bigger structural repairs than HB50 can handle in one go.
Penaflow GP Grout
A Class A, Portland cement based construction grout with graded aggregates, expands slightly while still plastic to eliminate shrinkage and settling, and won't stain since it's free of metallic iron. Can be poured, pumped, trowelled, or dry packed. Used under precast panels, for anchor bolts, filling cavities and core holes, and general block work grouting, gaps from 10mm to 150mm in one application.
Gripset BRW PF Tape
A self adhesive flashing and sealing tape with a white fabric face and grey butyl rubber backing, bonds instantly on contact with no curing time needed. Used for bondbreaker detail at wall and floor joints, sealing pipe penetrations, roofing and guttering repairs, and general waterproofing of tricky junctions before a membrane or coating goes over the top.
