Mapegrout T40

Medium strength (40 MPa) thixotropic mortar for the repair of concrete.
Use Mapegrout T40 to repair damaged concrete surfaces such as balconies and corners of columns and beams.
Mapegrout T40 is also recommended for repair work in tunnels, canals and water works in general.
Mapegrout T40 can also be used to repair surfaces permanently in contact with drinking water.
Mapegrout T40, mixed with about 16% water, forms a very workable mortar with a thixotropic consistency that is easily applied on vertical surfaces without shuttering.
Mapegrout T40 is applied by trowel, float or plaster sprayer on damp supports that are solid and free of loose sections, which have previously been saturated with water.
Repairs up to 30-35 mm thick in a single coat can be made.
Consumption 18.5 kg/m2 per cm of thickness.

Mapelastic Smart

Two-component, high-flexibility cementitious mortar for waterproofing hydraulic projects and protecting concrete structures. MAPELASTIC SMART is a two-component, high-flexibility cementitious mortar (with crack-bridging> 2 mm), applied by trowel or with a roller, for waterproofing balconies, terraces, bathrooms and swimming pools.

Ready-to-use, ultra quick-drying liquid membrane for waterproofing bathrooms and wet rooms

MAPELASTIC AQUADEFENSE is an elastic liquid membrane ready-to-use for waterproofing wet rooms such as shower rooms, laundries and saunas, on which to apply ceramic, stone or mosaic wall tiles after a few hours.

It can also be used for waterproofing balconies and terraces, before the installation of coatings.

Quick-drying elastic sheathing MAPELASTIC AQUADEFENSE is easily spread by using a long-haired roller, brush or trowel, on horizontal, sloping and vertical surfaces.

Fibre-reinforced, quick setting and hardening, compensated-shrinkage mortar for repairing concrete.

Controlled-shrinkage, fibre-reinforced mortar, with rapid setting and hardening for the repair of concrete.

Use Mapegrout Fast-Set to repair damaged concrete surfaces such as balconies and the edges of beams and columns.

Mapegrout Fast-Set is composed of special hydraulic binders, selected aggregate, special additives and synthetic fibres, and is prepared by mixing a 25 kg bag with 3.5-3.75 litres of water.

Mapegrout Fast-Set must be applied within 10 minutes of preparation, by trowel onto a clean solid substrate, which has been previously soaked with water. Apply up to a maximum thickness of 20-25 mm per layer.

Mapegrout Fast-Set sets within 30-40 minutes at 20°C and is ready for use within a few hours after application.
