Top Selling 10 Galaxie Products
Galaxie PU Flex
Galaxie PU Flex is a single-shot hydrophobic polyurethane injection resin based on MDI in combination with polyether polyols and an amine-based catalyst. The system only reacts when it comes into contact with moisture, producing a semi-flexible polyurethane .Galaxie PU Flex has a low viscosity and will penetrate fine cracks when injected under pressure.
Galaxie PU SF
Galaxie PU SF is a single component hydrophilic polyurethane injection resin based on TDI in combination with polyether polyols. The system only reacts when it comes into contact with water, producing a Super Flexible polyurethane seal.
Galaxie AC 200
Galaxie AC200 is a blend of acrylic polymers in conjunction with an accelerator and catalyst system. Upon mixing of the components a chemical reaction occurs and a waterproof flexible gel is formed. Galaxie AC200 has the benefit of being non corrosive. It is available in two grades –Galaxie AC200 and Galaxie AC200 EST (Extended Set Time)
Galaxie AC300
Galaxie AC300 is a blend of acrylic polymers in conjunction with an accelerator and reinforced catalyst system. Upon mixing of the components a chemical reaction occurs and a waterproof and tough flexible gel is formed. Galaxie AC300 has the benefit of being non corrosive. It is available in two grades –Galaxie AC300 and Galaxie AC300 EST (Extended Set Time)
Galaxie EP SLV
Galaxie SLV is a low modulus, extra low viscosity, epoxy adhesive designed to be injected into cracks which exhibit minor movement or are subject to shock or vibration. Its low viscosity allows maximum penetration into small, hairline cracks or fractures. Galaxie Injection Resin SLV is insensitive to moisture, allowing for injection into damp cracks. After injection and in its cured state, Galaxie Injection Resin SLV returns structural integrity and protects reinforcement while at the same time compensating for movement and vibration.Galaxie Injection Resin SLV is supplied in two grades for all temperature uses - Standard Grade and Tropical Grade (TG).
Galaxie EP LV
Galaxie LV is a high modulus, low viscosity, epoxy resin designed for injection into non-moving cracks in concrete structures. It’s low viscosity will allow maximum penetration into small cracks. Galaxie LV exhibits extremely high strength in its cured state, thereby restoring structural integrity. It is moisture tolerant, allowing for injection into damp cracks.
Galaxie EP UEP
Galaxie UEP is a high modulus, high strength, universal epoxy paste designed for the rapid surface sealing of cracks prior to injection. Used for surface spall repairs and bonding new concrete to old. It is moisture insensitive and will cure in a damp environment.Clean, dry, silica sand may be added to develop a non-sag gel mortar capable of overhead and vertical patching in layers up to two inches thick
Galaxie WP SDW 1
Galaxie SDW 1 is a chemically modified silicate densifier and waterproofing solution designed to penetrate concrete substrates. It reacts with free lime (calcium hydroxide) and moisture to form an insoluble calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) gel within pores, capillaries, and micro-cracks, permanently densifying the concrete matrix. By densifying the concrete, the gel creates a sub-surface barrier against the ingress of water and contaminants such as chloride ions.
Galaxie WP SDW 7
WP SDW 7 is a chemically modified silicate densifier and waterproofing solution designed to penetrate deep into concrete substrates. Its biowetting formulation lowers surface tension so the product wets out fast and penetrates further than standard silicate sealers, migrating through the concrete's capillary network to reach fine pores that untreated products cannot. It reacts with free lime (calcium hydroxide) and moisture in the concrete to form an insoluble calcium silicate gel within the pores, capillaries and micro-cracks. This gel permanently densifies the concrete matrix, blocks the pathways used by water and waterborne salts, and seals static cracks up to 2.0 mm wide. Because the reaction happens below the surface rather than forming a film, the concrete keeps its natural texture and stays fully trafficable, there's no risk of the bubbling, peeling or blistering you get with film-forming coatings. The gel stays active for the life of the structure. If a hairline crack opens up later, moisture reaching it triggers the same reaction and reseals it no reapplication needed.
Galaxie WP WR
Galaxie WR is a water based, silane-siloxane system, which penetrates deeply into porous substrates to allow for a bonded hydrophobic lining to the pores. This treatment significantly reduces absorption of water and waterborne salts but still allows the passage of water vapour. The solution does not produce any discoloration of the substrate and has excellent resistance to weathering.
