Grease Nipple Packers

Brass and heavy duty aluminium packers with a grease nipple fitting, sized for hairline cracks through to larger voids. The two 4 jaw connectors below are sold separately and fit any packer in this range.

Clutch Head Packers

Steel packers are built for tougher going, soft concrete, diaphragm walls, and piling work, while the plastic packer is quick and easy to use for lighter jobs. The connector and insert are renewable, so nothing goes to waste and less ends up in landfill.

Epoxy Injection Syringe

A complete kit for low pressure, hand fed crack injection. Resin is drawn into the syringe body and injected through surface ports bonded to the concrete over the crack with epoxy adhesive.

Drill Pumps

The single piston pump suits single component and premixed resins, where only one stream needs to be pushed through the packer. The twin piston pump is built for two component systems, metering acrylic and PU resins together at a fixed 1:1 ratio as they're pumped, so the mix stays consistent right through the injection.

Injection Gun

A lever action gun for pressurised resin injection through either packer family, with a short whip end hose for close, controlled work at the crack face.
